Invitation to the general meeting

Hi All,

This past year your newly formed Community Association has had a great start in restoring and adding a number of community activities and initiating some interesting projects. It is now time to formally elect a slate of officers and directors so that it may continue its work in a more structured and organized fashion.

The Steering Committee, therefore would like to invite you to a General Meeting and Pot Luck Supper to be held at the Ridge Runners Hall, Sidings Street, Yarker on Sunday, December 5^th, 2010 beginning at 4:oo pm.

The Steering Committee will present a brief synopsis of the year’s activities and projects underway, proposed Association By-Laws and a full slate of Officers and Directors for approval of the general membership.

So, please bring your favourite dish or dessert, enjoy the company of the Yarker/Colebrook family and support the on-going efforts of the Association.
